“It is, therefore, most humbly and respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the impugned order dated 30.06.2022 passed by the Court of 2nd Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.) in Case No. 660/2021 to the extant of rejection of the interim maintenance in respect of the petitioner no.1 and the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass an order granting just and proper interim maintenance in favour of the petitioner no.1 also and further be pleased to enhance the quantum of interim maintenance granted in favour of the petitioner no.2. This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the records of the Court below in respect of the instant case, in the interest of justice.”
2. From the CIS report of the learned trial Court concerned which has been brought on record by the Registry of this Court regarding the disposal of Misc. Criminal Case No.660/2021, it appears that the final order has already been passed by learned Second Additional Principal Judge Family Court, Raipur (C.G.) for proceedings under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C.
