In the third line of third paragraph of the first page of the order dated 2nd July, 2025, the expression “Article 30 & 33 of the Constitution of India” shall stand corrected to read as “Article 30(1) of the Constitution of India”. In the fourth sentence of paragraph thirteen of the sixth page of the order dated 2nd July, 2025, the expression “w.e.f. 1st April, 2009” shall stand corrected to read as “w.e.f. 1st April, 2008”. 3. Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated 2nd July, 2025. 4. The other portions of the order dated 2nd July, 2025 shall remain unaltered. 5. Department is directed to take necessary steps for correction in the order-sheet. 6.
