Hon’ble Shri Justice Rakesh Mohan Pandey Judgment On Board 13/01/2025 1) By way of this petition, the petitioners have sought the following relief(s):- 10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records of the Trial Court pertaining to the petitioners for kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court. 2 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the the learned Trial Court i.e. learned District Judge, Raipur, District - Raipur (C.G.) to expedite the trial and dispose of the Civil Suit No.58-A/2023 within stipulated time. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/relief's in favour of the petitioners, which the Hon'ble Court deem fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case. 2) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are only seeking a direction to expedite the proceeding of Civil Suit No. 58-A/2023 which remains pending before learned District Judge, District- Raipur (C.G.) since 16.11.2022. 3) Heard. 4) Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by petitioners, this petition is disposed of directing the concerned trial Court to make all endeavors to conclude the proceeding of pending Civil Suit No. 58-A/2023 expeditiously. 5) With the aforesaid direction(s), instant writ petition stands disposed of.
