ORAL ORDER Sri.Vineeth Reddy., counsel on behalf of Sri.Vivek Holla., for the petitioners and Sri.Manjunatha Rayappa., AGA for the respondent have appeared in person.
2. The captioned Writ Petition is filed to issue a declaration, declaring that the action of closure of industries run by the petitioners by the Assistant Commissioner is illegal and without jurisdiction and also to issue a direction directing the respondent to forthwith remove the lock affixed on the main gate of the industries of the petitioners.
3. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care.
4. The petitioners grievance is that the Assistant Commissioner without the authority of law had closed the industries run by the petitioners and locked the same. However, counsel for the petitioners on instruction submits that as of today, the lock has been opened in furtherance of the

interim order granted by this Court and the industries are now running smoothly.
5. Taking note of the said submission, nothing survives for consideration in the Writ Petition, at this juncture. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Sd/- (JYOTI MULIMANI) JUDGE
