ORDER: Shorn of all unnecessary facts asserted in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the specific case of the petitioner is that he is absolute owner and possessor of the land in an extent of Ac.4.79 cents i.e., an extent of Ac. 1.14 cents in Survey No.442/2, Ac.2.08 cents in Survey No.442/3, Ac. 1.38 cents in Survey No.443/1 and Ac.0.19 cents in Survey No.443/6, situated in Vikruthamala Revenue Village, Yerpedu Mandal, Tirupati District. She has submitted a PGRS application bearing No.TPT20250429138 dated 29.04.2025, to rectify the classification in Column No.6 of AdangalAA/ebland records from
“Assigned Land (Ex-Serviceman)” to “Patta Land” in respect of the petitioner’s subject land by paying requisite fee. Despite the petitioner’s persistent requests, the inaction of the respondent authorities in processing the petitioners’ online application has constrained her to approach this Court.
2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents has submitted that appropriate action will be taken on the online application submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law.
3. Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue,
4 without going into the merits of case, this Court deems it appropriate to — dispose of the writ petition directing concerned authorities to consider the online application bearing No.TPT20250429138 dated 29.04.2025 submitted by the petitioner, by issuing notice to all concerned/interested persons, and to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any. shall stand closed.
