This is the second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant has been dismissed on merits vide order dated 18-11-2024, passed in MCRC No. 4894 of 2024. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that till date 13 witnesses have been examined, and none of them have supported the prosecution's case pursuant to the present applicant. The present applicant is in jail since 06-03-2024, and detention of the applicant VEDPRAKASH DEWANGAN Digitally signed by VEDPRAKASH DEWANGAN Date: 2025.06.30 11:50:31 +0530 2 amounts to pre-trial detention without any evidence, as the witnesses have not supported the prosecution's case. Therefore, she has filed the second bail application of the applicant. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposes and has submitted that out of total 17 witnesses, 13 witnesses have already been examined before the learned trial Court, and now the trial is at its fag end, and therefore the applicant is not entitled for bail. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material annexed with the bail application. 5. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, considering the nature of the allegation against the present applicant as well as his first bail application has been dismissed on merits vide order dated 18-11-2024, and further that, out of total 17 witnesses, 13 witnesses have been examined before the learned trial Court, and the trial of the case is at its fag end, I am not inclined to admit the second bail application of the applicant. 6.
