In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the private respondent to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. However, in case the private respondent feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved. 3. The basic relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition is to direct the Respondent No2, The Sub Divisional Magistrate- Handia, District Prayagraj to decide Case No. of 2023 (Smt. Gyan Devi vs. Gram Panchayat Soirayee and another) under Section 30(2) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (in respect of the land of Plot No. 142 Ka having an area of .0690 Hectare situated in Villae Soirayee Pargana Mah, Tehsil Handia, District-Prayagraj expeditiously. 4. The matter is pending before the Court below since 2023 and considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case/suit strictly in accordance with law most expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy before the Court below but without granting unnecessary adjournment unless there is no legal impediment.
