Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ order or direction more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 4th respondent in imposing the condition No.10 in notification dated 08.07.2016 and consequential condition imposed by the 2nd respondent that disability of total body including disability of chest or spine more than 50percent are not allowed for counseling for selection and admission into Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry for the academic year 2025-2026 as bad, illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21-A of Constitution of India and consequentially direct the 2nd respondent to allow the petitioner for counseling, selection and admission without reference to 2 percent excess disability IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 2nd respondent to allow the petitioner for counseling, selection and admission in to Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry without reference to 2percent excess disability IA NO: 2 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 5th respondent to conduct the medical examination for estimating the percentage of petitioner’s loco motor / orthopedic spine disability Counsel for the Petitioner:
