This Court on 13.10.2023 has directed the learned counsel for the petitioner to take steps to serve fresh notice to the second respondent through Court as well as privately and also directed the learned counsel for the petitioner to pay the batta within a period of three Court working days, failing which, the aforesaid Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed automatically without any further reference of the Court. 2.
