No steps have been taken for representation of deceased appellants No. 1 and 3 despite repeated opportunities. Accordingly, the appeal stands abated as against the deceased appellants. Learned counsel appearing for the appellants has submitted that despite his repeated efforts, none has come forward to impart instructions from the side of the appellants. It appears that the remaining appellants are also not interested in continuing with the proceedings of the appeal.
