2. Heard Sri V.Nitesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government pleader, on written instructions, submitted that the then Tahsitdar visited the schedule property, and conducted an enquiry, and submitted a report. It is further submitted that the said report has been forwarded to the police station concerned for necessary action to protect the easementary rights of the petitioners to use the public road for access to their agricultural land.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, in view of the said instructions, this court may dispose of the writ petition by passing appropriate orders.
5. In view of the submissions made and having regard to the placed before this Court, the writ petition is disposed of. However, it is directed that the respondent-police shall look into the representations of the material petitioners dated 12.07.2025 and 27.07.2025 in the light of the letter addressed to the police by the Tahsildar, and take necessary steps in accordance with law to protect the lawful right of the petitioners.
