In this writ petition, the petitioner has sought for direction to respondent Nos.1 and 3 to consider the representations dated 16.06.2025 and 17.06.2025 (Annexure-A and A1) and permit him to appear for the II Semester B.A.L. LL.B. (five years) examination, which is scheduled to be commenced from 22.06.2025. 3. Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the averments made in the representation at Annexure-A, wherein the petitioner himself stated that he had only 46% attendance - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:21227 WP No. 17703 of 2025 in the law course. In that view of the matter, I am of the view that, interference at this stage would come in the way of the rules and regulations of the respondent- University and therefore, this Court declined to interfere with the shortage of attendance of the petitioner. In view of the judgment of this Court in the case of Nitin Ranjan v/s Vishveshwaraiah Technological University and Another in W.P.No.53806/2014 dated 20.02.2015, the writ petition deserves to be dismissed.
