Learned standing counsel placed on written instructions signed by the Commissioner of Kandukur Municpality and submits that the Petitioner had paid property tax to the property in question upto 2024 and there are no arrears. It is further stated that the Municipality is willing to provide water tap connection to the building and as the Petitioner has made alternative arrangements for water supply, the water connection was not provided. Learned standing counsel further submits that as and when the Petitioner approaches the Respondent-Municipality for water connection, the Respondent-Municipality will provide the water connection. 4 3. Recording the submission of the learned standing counsel, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
