Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that basing on the representation submitted by the petitioner, respondent No.3 addressed a letter to the Tahsildar, Thottambedu Mandal, with a request to furnish the ownership details of land of an extent of Ac.141.00 cents in Sy.No.356/6 of Chiyyavaram Village, Thottambedu. After receipt of ownership details, respondent No.3 will take action in accordance with law.
