Learned counsel for the petitioners makes a motion, on instructions from the petitioners, to withdraw the petition in view of alternate remedy of filing civil suit, as has been held vide judgment dated 04.08.2025 in Writ Petition No. 5074 of 2022 and other connected matters. 3. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue pertaining to natural flow of water is involved in the matter and that crops are standing in their field. 4. In that view of the matter, the learned Trial Court may consider the request for dispensing with statutory notice liberally and also hear the application for temporary injunction and ad-interim relief as expeditiously as possible. 5.
