In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed the compliance affidavit on behalf of the opposite party which is taken on record. The affidavit discloses that an order dated 5.4.2025 has been passed by the District Inspector of Schools, Jaunpur noting that the Regional Level Committee has rejected the claim of the applicant for regularization of his services and has also decided that the salary to the applicant up till 5.4.2025 shall be paid. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order passed by the Regional Level Committee rejecting his claim for regularization of his services. So far as payment of salary to the applicant is concerned, there is nothing on record to show that the amount due to the applicant as salary under the orders of this Court up till 5.4.2025 has been paid to the applicant. No purpose would be served to keep the present contempt application pending. The opposite party is directed to ensure that the salary due to the applicant under the orders of this Court up till 5.4.2025 is credited in the account of the applicant by 9th May, 2025. No further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notice issued to the opposite party is discharged. However, it is clarified that in case, the salary due to the applicant up till 5.4.2025 is not credited in the account of the applicant by 9th May, 2025, the applicant shall be at liberty to file a recall application for recall of the present order.
