2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Satbarwa P.S. Case No. 100 of 2024 for the offences registered under section 308 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, section 17 of C.L.A. Act and Section 25(1-B) (a), 26 and 35 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau.
3. On 25.08.2024 at 9.50 p.m., petitioner along with co-accused persons Ashok Yadav and Akhilesh Kumar were apprehended by Satbarwa Police near Chetma while they were travelling on a motorcycle. On search, a country made pistol was recovered from the possession of co-accused Akhilesh Kumar.
4. It was submitted that there is no allegation that the accused persons had demanded money from any person. It was further submitted that co-accused accused Ashok Yadav has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, while another co-accused Akhilesh Kumar has been granted bail by this court.
5. In view of the submission made above, petitioner, above named, is
directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau in connection with Satbarwa P.S. Case No. 100 of 2024.
