He has filed an appeal, dated 29.04.2025 to conduct survey and demarcating the boundaries of the petitioner’s subject land. Despite the petitioners’ persistent requests, the inaction of the respondent authorities in dispose of the petitioner’s appeal has constrained him to approach this Court. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents has submitted that appropriate action will be taken on the appeal filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law. 2. 3. Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without going into the merits of case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing concerned authorities to consider the appeal dated 29.04.2025, filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. 4 4. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
