Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has completed the work of Providing of 110 mm dia HOPE Pipeline from O.No.15/183 to D.No.15/193 in Kutagulla at 36‘^ Election Ward of Kadiri Municipality, as per Agreement No.97/2023-24, dated 23.01.2024, entrusted by the 3^^ respondent- corporation, and submitted the final bills. 2. It is submitted that a total amount of Rs. 82,474/- is due and payable by the 3'^' respondent-corporation to the petitioner on account of the completion of the aforesaid work. However, the said amount has not been paid. 3. Considering the submissions, there shall be a direction to the respondents to verify and release the payments as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to 5. costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shajl stand closed.
