JUSTICE S G PANDIT) This contempt petition is filed complaining disobedience of order dated 15.12.2022 passed in WP No.113905/2019, wherein this Court directed the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner. 2. Memo dated 6.3.2025 is filed by the learned AGA enclosing the order dated 1.3.2025 regularizing the service of the petitioner as Junior Engineer w.e.f. 6.8.2009. 3. Learned counsel for the complainant submits that in view of order dated 1.3.2025, the complaint wound no more survive for consideration. 4. Submission of the learned counsel is placed on record. In view of the fact that the respondents have passed order dated 1.3.2025 regularizing the service of the complainant w.e.f. 6.8.2009, we are of the considered view that there is substantial compliance of the order. Hence, further proceedings in the present contempt are dropped, - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:4332-DB CCC No. 100009 of 2025 reserving liberty to the complainant to approach appropriate forum by filing necessary application/petition, if any benefits remain unattended to.
