Learned counsel for the petitioner states that under office order dated 30.01.2025, disciplinary authority had terminated the services of the petitioner. Petitioner had preferred an appeal against the aforesaid order to respondent No.1 on 02.06.2025 (Annexure P- 11), however, till date, said appeal has not been decided by the competent authority. 3. Looking into the limited grievance of the petitioner, but without examining the merits of the matter, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with direction to respondent No.1 to decide the aforesaid appeal of the petitioner in accordance with law 2 within two months from today. Ordered accordingly. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
