CORAM : THE CHIEF JUSTICE DHIRAJ SINGH THAKUR SRI JUSTICE RAVI CHEEMALAPATI DATE : 10th September 2025 P C : The issue that has been highlighted in the present petition is with regard to the inappropriate height of the bridge connecting either side of the Polavaram Canal and the roads connecting there about. 2. The contention of the petitioner is that the bridge was constructed 15 feet lower than the road and almost at par with the canal without there being any drains on either side of the canal. 3. We are of the opinion that the bridge, which already appears to have been constructed, had been constructed after taking the requisite inputs from the concerned agencies having expertise in the field. The decision as regards 2 how a bridge should be constructed and what ought to be the height is the issue to be decided by the experts in the field. We see no reason to carry forward the present proceedings which are, accordingly, closed. No costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
