ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“….to issue an appropriate Writ more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the orders of the 3rd Respondent, dated 18- 05-2018 in .F.No 1/90/17/AP-Ser., asking upon the Petitioners to disburse the Salary to the 4th Respondent for the period he has not worked by entertaining the complaint of the 4th Respondent for the redressal of his service conditions arising out of a transfer
order and for regularization of the period of unauthorized absence and for payment of salary for the period he has not worked as being without jurisdiction and contrary to the Rules of NCSC and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent to reject the complaints filed by 4th Respondent filed on 22.07.2017 and on 08.02.2018 and issue such other writ or order or direction as deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of case and pass…”
2. No representation on either side, though the matter is posted under the caption for dismissal. Earlier also, there was no representation on either side.
3. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
