[2025:RJ-JP:7849-DB] (3 of 3) [SAW-546/2024] the respondents further submits that the appointments have already been made. We have heard the petitioner who is present in person and counsel for the respondents. In our considered view, grievance raised by similarly situated persons, as the present petitioner, has already been considered by the Co-ordinate Bench in the matter of ‘Kapil Kumar’ (supra) and we are also of the view that the petitioner was at fault in not properly arguing the matter before the learned Single Judge with regard to the question involved and also considering the fact that the appointments have already been made, we are not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Judge. In that view of the matter, this special appeal (writ) stands dismissed. (SHUBHA MEHTA),J (INDERJEET SINGH),J Tushar/23
