Mahto, A.P.P. --- 02 / 15.01.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 54 of 2023 arising out of Chandwa P.S. Case No. 113 of 2024 for the offences registered under section 395, 397, 307, 353 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Latehar. 3. On 06.10.2022 at about 8.00 p.m., the Informant was waylaid by unknown dacoits at a place near Kathpulia at NH-39. Dacoits looted cash and mobile phone from the Informant. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that co-accused Cornelious Guriya has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. 5. In view of the submission made above, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Latehar in connection with S.T. Case No. 54 of 2023 arising out of Chandwa P.S. Case No. 113 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J) Ranjeet/ Uploaded
