Allow the present petition and may issue the appropriate Writ of Mandamus / Direction / Order necessary order in the form of directing the respondents to get the father of the petitioner namely Santosh Sharma S/o. Sh. Baluram R/o. E-2/638, 2nd Floor, Gali No. 2, Shastri Nagar, Delhi aged about 55 years searched by respondents and rescued from Yamuna River if he has been drowned in Yamuna River due to flood like situation.” 2. None appears for the petitioner. 3. During the course of hearing, a status report has been handed over on behalf of the respondents wherein, inter-alia it has been stated as under: “12. On 11/09/2025, search and rescue operations were once again carried out in the Yamuna River and Khadar area with DDMA boats and Aquatic Weed Harvester Machine and the body of the missing person was finally traced in muddy water of the Yamuna River.” 4.
