ORDER:
1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner allotted flat under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, and that the sale deed was also executed in favour of the petitioner in the month of January 2024. However, the possession of flat was not handed over to the petitioners by respondent Nos.3 and
4. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representations dated 23.06.2025, seeking handing over the possession of the flat which was registered in favour of the petitioner.
2. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, for the respondents 1 and 2 as well as the learned Standing Counsel for respondents 3 and 4.
3. Considering the submissions made, respondent Nos.3 and 4 are hereby
directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated 23.06.2025, duly granting possession of the petitioner, subject to verification of the sale deed executed in favour of the petitioner.
4. With the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs
