Challenge in the writ petition is to an order dated 27.1.2025 whereby the allotment of a shop in favour of the petitioner has been cancelled on the ground of non payment of rent etc. 2. We are of the considered opinion that the order under challenge is revisable before the Board as provided under Section 32 of the U.P. Krishi Utpadan Mandi Samiti Adhiniyam, 1962. 3. Since statutory alternative remedy is available to the petitioner, we refuse to interfere in the matter leaving it open for the petitioner to avail such statutory alternative remedy in case he is advised for redressal of his grievance. 4.
