No. 651/2019/D dated 11.11.2019 for conducting enquiry against the petitioners were irregularly appointed as Teachers with in the 8, 9 and 10 respondent Schools as being illegal, arbitrary, improper, unjust and violation of the Rules without having any power the respondents 5 and 6 to enquiry the matter under the A P Educational Act and Rules and Consequently direct the 5 and 6 respondents to drop the all Consequential proceedings basing on the urgent Notice in R.C. No. 651/2019/D dated 11.11.2019 without following A P Education Act and Rules…” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms. Y. Anupama Devi, learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that subsequent to the present petition, recovery order has been issued after enquiry and that was challenged by the petitioners by filing another Writ Petition. Hence, the relief has become infructuous and no further orders are required in this matter. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education for the respondents is in attendance. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed, since, the relief has become infructuous. No order as to Costs.
