(ORAL) This petition has been filed praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the action of the respondents terminating the services of the petitioner w.e.f. 01.04.2021 in pursuance of letter dated 05.04.2018 (Annexure P-1) and for quashing the advertisement dated 06.03.2022 (Annexure P-13) whereby the post of TGT Sanskrit again advertised on ad hoc basis and also for quashing of Clause 116(b) of Army Public School Rules and Regulations (Annexure P-14). Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the material issue involved in this petition is identical with the RA-LP-4-2024 in/and MONIKA VERMA 2025.09.05 15:32 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment chandigarh CWP-6875-2022(O&M) -2- LPA-1476-2023(O&M) titled as ‘Reena Panta Vs. Union of India & ors.’, therefore, this petition be also disposed of in the same terms. Accordingly, in view of the detailed order passed in RA-LP-4- 2024 in/and LPA-1476-2023(O&M) titled as ‘Reena Panta Vs. Union of India & ors.’, the present petition stands dismissed.
