The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 308/2023 arising out of Goilkera P.S. Case No. 06/2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 178/2023, for the offences registered under Section 302 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa. 3. On 09.02.2023, mother of the informant was grazing cattle. Some of the cattle entered into the field of the petitioner due to which he became agitated and he gave a lathi blow to the mother of the informant due to which she succumbed to her injuries. 4. It was submitted that the occurrence has taken place due to spur of moment. It was further submitted that the petitioner had given a single blow to the mother of the informant and as such, no case for culpable homicide amounting to murder of the mother of informant will be made out. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa in connection with S.T.
