JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA Order 19/03/2025 1. The present criminal misc. petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer to quash the F.I.R. No.280/2021, registered at Police Station Singhana, District Jhunjhunu for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 & 506 of IPC and in alternate he has also prayed that if the impugned F.I.R. is not quashed, the authority may be directed to conduct fair and impartial investigation in the matter. 2. No one has put in appearance on behalf the petitioner. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that as per the status report dated 19.11.2021 received from the concerned Police Station, the Police after conclusion of the investigation has proposed the Final Negative Report as the allegation levelled in the F.I.R. has not been found to be proved. In view of the fact that the Police has also concluded the investigation and has proposed the Final Negative Report, no further cause of action survives in the petition. 5. Accordingly, the present criminal misc. petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy under the law, in case need arises. 6.
