Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Telco P.S. Case No. 112 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 126, 115(1), 117(2), 109(1), 74, 352 and 351(2) of the B.N.S., pending in the court of Sri A. Prasad, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Jamshedpur.
Petitioner kept his evil eye on the informant. On the date of occurrence, he assaulted the husband of the informant by a cricket bat, due to which, he sustained grievous injuries. It is also alleged that when the informant came to the rescue of her husband, petitioner also molested her.
Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected at this stage.
