Other reliefs are also sought for in the petition. 2. It is noticed that the appeal is pending before the Executive Officer, Taluk Panchayat. Copy of the memorandum of appeal is enclosed at Annexure-H. The appeal is pending since the year 2023. Various contentions have been raised which need not be entered into as the same would prejudice the appeal pending before the Executive Officer, Taluk Panchayat. 3. Accordingly, in the present case, the only relief that could be extended to the petitioners is to direct the respondent no.1 to dispose off Appeal No.2/2023-24 - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:11998 WP No. 19476 of 2024 pending before the Executive Officer, Taluk Panchayat as expeditiously as possible, within a period not later than three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.
