Case No. 150 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 137(1), 65(1), 64(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 4 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Hazaribag. 3. On 01.09.2024, petitioner along with co-accused person are alleged to have raped two minor victims. 4. It was submitted that the statement of one of the victim has been recorded during the trial in which she has not supported the prosecution case 5. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that another victim has not yet been examined, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
