Mr. Somnath Ganguli, Sr. Adv., AGP …for the State. Mr. Ganguly, learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. Records of the case reflects that pursuant to the directions passed in WPA 7016 of 2024, the police authorities have complied the order and arranged police escort for the private respondents being parents of the petitioners to enter the residence. The present petitioner being the daughter has approached this Court for the purposes of circumventing the orders earlier passed. In view of the police authorities complying with the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench in WPA 7016 of 2024, I do not find any fault with the police authorities. If the petitioners are faced with inconveniences, they would approach the jurisdictional civil or criminal court. 2 With the aforesaid observations WPA 15207 of 2024 is disposed of.
