By virtue of order dated 25.02.2025, while granng interim protecon, the peoner was directed to join the invesgaon. 3. Learned counsel for the peoner has submi:ed that the peoner has joined the invesgaon and fully cooperated with the same and thus, the interim order may kindly be made absolute. 4. Learned counsel for the complainant, filed his Power of A:orney in the Court today and same is taken on record. He has opposed the submissions made by learned counsel for the peoner.
