Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Complaint case No. 31915 of 2024 registered under section 47(a),55 of the Excise Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. On 25.10.2024, raid was conducted in the house of the petitioner by excise department and on search 1080 liters of English liquor were recovered from there. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about four months. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Complaint case No. 31915 of 2024.
