The Court made the following: The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not mutating the name of the petitioners in respect of the lands admeasuring to an extent of Ac.3.56 cents in Sy.Nos.95/9, 95/12, 96/2, 96/4, 96/5 and 96/7, situated at Pedagadi Revenue Village, Pendhurthi Mandal, Visakhapatnam District. The only grievance of the petitioner is that they made a representation dated 23.10.2024 to the 5^'^ respondent-Tahsildar , seeking to mutate their names in the revenue records over the subject land. It is further case of the petitioner that their father Sri Galla Simhachalam granted pattadar pass book vide patta No. 174, dated 22.03.1995. The petitioners made an application in Form-6A through Mee-seva, as they were some technical glitches. 2. he filed the said manually. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the 5‘^ respondent to consider the application dated 23.10.2024 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
