Sri.Naveed Ahmed., counsel for the petitioner and Sri.Manjunatha Rayappa., AGA for the respondents have appeared in person.
2. The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay the pending bills as per the petitioner's representations vide Annexures-A Series.
3. Heard the arguments and perused the writ papers with care.
4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that a mandamus may be ordered directing respondents 3 and 4 to pay the pending bills as per the representations vide Annexures-A Series. AGA submits that an appropriate order may be passed.

5. A Mandamus is ordered directing respondents 3 and 4 to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner vide Annexures-A Series and pass appropriate orders in accordance with the law, within six weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order.
6. Resultantly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
