The grievance of the Petitioner is that the Respondent Authorities have been insisting the Petitioner to resign from the Post of Field Assistant on account of certain local pressure being extended on the Respondents. The learned Standing Counsel—Sri M.S.R. Murthy, on 4. instructions, would submit that the allegations of the Petitioner are incorrect and that no pressure is being exerted on the Petitioner to resign as Field Assistant nor is any action contemplated against the Petitioner. 3 er 5. In that view, the grievance of the Petitioner is redressed. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel. There shall be no order as to costs.
