The petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2024 and he claims clean antecedent. 4. Considering the statement of victim girl it appears that she was in a relationship with the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is allowed. 5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with Patna High Court CR. MISC.
