1.GP FOR SERVICES III The Court made the following ORDER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“to declare the action of respondent authorities not passing orders to consider the case of the petitioner for absorption/regularization as a watchman in the aided vacancy though the petitioner is working with meagre

No.21960 of 2024 consolidated pay of Rs 4,500/ for the last 14 years is highly illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory and contrary to law laid down by the Hon’ble apex court in a case of 1) State of Karnataka and others vs M.L.Kesari and others, 2) Secretary, State of Karnataka Water Supply vs Uma Devi and others and consequently direct to consider the case of the petitioner for absorption/regularization of the service in the aided vacancy of watchman as the petitioner working as a watchman for the last 14 years in the 4th respondent college management and to pay all consequential benefits and to pass such other orders.”
2. Heard Sri K.Satyanarayana Murthy, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services - III for the respondents. 3. Both counsels submit that the issue involved in the present writ petition is identical to the one involved in W.A. NO.1193 of 2023 and batch, dated 23.08.2024. Further also placed reliance on the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.1337 of 2025 and batch, dated 04.02.2025, which by referring to the orders passed in the above said W.A., disposed of the respective cases. 4.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the common judgement dated 23.08.2024 in W.A. No.1193 of 2023 and batch with the following directions:
3 CGR, J W.P. No.21960 of 2024 The petitioner shall submit application to the respondents within six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order along with relevant annexures, such as the appointment letter, service record if any available with the respondents and any other document relating to his claim for absorption into aided posts. Learned respondents 1 to 3 shall pass appropriate orders preferably within eight weeks after receipt of such representation strictly as per rules. No order as to costs.
