Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Present petition has been filed with following prayer:- "(i). Issue a direction to Civil Judge(Senior Division) Etawah to consider and decide the P.A. Suit No. 11 of 2018, within stipulated period." 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that aforesaid suit is pending since 2018. Therefore, a direction may be issued to Civil Judge(Senior Division) Etawah to decide the suit at the earliest. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to Civil Judge(Senior Division) Etawah to decide the P.A. Suit No. 11 of 2018 in accordance with law, if possible within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
