The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 5.12.2023 passed by this Court in Writ - A No.20085 of 2023. In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed the affidavit of opposite party disclosing that an order dated 31.3.2024 has been passed by the District Inspector of Schools, Sonbhadra rejecting the claim of the applicant for promotional scale of pay. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 31.3.2024 before the appropriate Court so far as it rejects the claim of the applicant for promotional scale of pay. In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notice is discharged.
