Learned counsel representing the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh on the same and similar grounds. Ordered accordingly. Registry is

2 conceal the identity of the victim-prosecutrix. Needless to say, while doing needful in terms of instant order, Registry shall retain the photocopy of the documents to ensure that any document containing name of the victim-prosecutrix shall be kept in a sealed cover.
2. Before parting, this Court wishes to direct learned Registrar (Judicial) to ensure that identity of the victim-prosecutrix is withheld/protected and in no manner, it is disclosed to anybody. Scrutiny Section of Registry, while accepting documents, may raise specific objections with regard to the pleadings as well as documents pertaining to the victim-prosecutrix, if the same are not submitted/filed in terms of judgment passed by Hon’ble Apex Court in Hukum Chand @ Monu (supra).
