learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusal of the material available on record, this Court feels it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the petitioner to submit fresh application to the respondent authorities and on such application, the respondent authorities are directed to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner by calling the official and unofficial respondents and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat Bench at Kurnool, dated 30.12.2016, within a period of six (06)
5. months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
