Revenue Code, 2006 was instituted by the petitioner before the respondent no.2, namely, Tehsildar Jakhania District Ghazipur which was registered as Case No. 480 of 2023 (Computerized Case No. T202314290500480) (Amisha Devi Vs. Gram Sabha). 2. In the aforesaid proceedings an application was filed by private respondent, namely, Pramila/respondent no.3 in the present writ petition on 13.2.2025 to decide the maintainability of the aforesaid application. 3. It is argued that till date no orders were passed on the aforesaid application. 4. On the other hand it is argued by learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 2 that respondent no.2 will decide the aforesaid application expeditiously. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing respondent no.2 to decide application filed by the respondent no.3 regarding maintainability of the proceedings under section 34 expeditiously preferably within two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
