The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Patratu (Bhurkunda) P.S. Case No. 214/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 140(1) & 61 (2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Shri Rohit Kumar, learned J.M.F.C., Ramgarh. 3. On 14.08.2024, two persons namely Vicky Sao and Shanu Kumar Rana were abducted for ransom by the accused persons. Subsequently, after two days of occurrence, the victims were rescued. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that the statements of victims have been recorded in the Case Diary, in which they have not implicated this petitioner. 5. Learned A.P.P. after going through the Case diary, submitted that none of the victims have implicated this petitioner. It was further submitted that the petitioner was not put on T.I. Parade. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri Rohit Kumar, learned J.M.F.C., Ramgarh or his successor in connection with Patratu (Bhurkunda) P.S.
