ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the interim order dated 08.10.2021 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in W.P.No.23306 of 2021. This Court, at the stage of admission of the said Writ Petition,

directed the respondents therein to maintain Status quo as on that day for a period of six (06) weeks. Complaining that the Status quo
order was violated by the respondents, the petitioner filed the present Contempt. During the course of hearing,
learned counsel for the
3. respondent Nos.1 to 3 would submit that the Writ Petition itself has been dismissed by its order dated 13.04.2022 and has placed a copy of the order before this Court. In view of the above factual position, in our considered view.
4. no further adjudication is required in this Contempt Case. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to
